Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s or PhD in a technical field relevant to semiconductors.
• Experience in semiconductor tech, optics, modeling, or lithography.
• Familiarity with scientific computing, simulation, or data analysis techniques.
• Programming or scripting in Python, MATLAB, or Perl preferred.
• Exposure to ML, optimization, or semiconductor process modeling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pattern coverage studies to support lithography modeling and product development.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and process improvements.
• Support feasibility studies and evaluations for new product capabilities.
• Assist in developing best-practice approaches for applications.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate technical requirements.
• Use simulation tools to evaluate lithography and process performance.
• Document findings and present results to engineering stakeholders.
