Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-throughput sequencing data (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq) using computational approaches.
• Develop computational models for protein engineering and integrate multi-omics data.
• Prepare data, reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals for publication.
• Oversee specimen inventory and laboratory inventories; assist with publication-ready documentation.
