Job summary

You will build predictive models for antibody engineering and ASO ranking, integrate diverse data sources, and work with lab scientists to validate predictions in a dynamic biotech setting.

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field with at least 3 years of industry experience.
• Experience applying computational methods to protein/antibody design.
• Strong programming in Python; experience with R or SQL.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or JAX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply ML and computational modeling for therapeutic discovery.
• Build predictive and generative models for antibody engineering and design.
• Apply AI/ML to rank ASO candidates based on sequence and biology.
• Create scalable workflows for data prep, modeling, training, and evaluation.
• Integrate diverse biological datasets to improve model performance.
• Establish model evaluation, benchmarking, and validation with lab teams.
• Assess new AI/ML methods and tools for use in discovery workflows.
• Develop maintainable code and documentation for multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate findings and design recommendations to scientists.
