You will lead data-driven projects deciphering leukemia initiation and drug resistance using single-cell multi-omics, collaborating across biology and computation.

Qualifications

  • Master's in Computational Biology or related field OR Bachelor's in Computational Biology with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience analyzing omics data (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic) for target or biomarker discovery.
  • Ability to implement statistical methods for dataset processing (quality checks, normalization, differential features).
  • Experience developing reproducible, scalable analytics pipelines and HPC workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advance independent projects within the Agarwal Lab.
  • Prepare data, perform analyses, and present findings related to leukemia initiation and drug resistance.
  • Collaborate with biologists and computational scientists to translate results into targets.
  • Contribute to open data practices and robust documentation of workflows.
