We’re seeking an experienced Geographic Information System (GIS) Analyst to join our Information Technology division. The ideal candidate will analyze, develop, and deploy GIS solutions for internal divisions and public sites. Responsibilities include managing enterprise GIS systems, integrating geo formats, creating ArcGIS web services, and publishing to ArcGIS Online (AGOL). The team is collaborative, adaptable, and dedicated to secure, high-quality solutions. You should be dynamic, self-motivated, and capable of estimating and delivering projects in an Agile environment.
8-hour schedule between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with occasional variance, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Hours may change based on business needs.
Teleworking may be considered if conditions are met. Candidates must reside in Texas and meet in-office requirements, which vary by section (e.g., once a month or three days/week). Travel reimbursements are not provided for telework.

Substitution
One (1) year of GIS experience may substitute for 30 semester hours of education, up to a maximum of 120 semester hours (four years).
Licenses/Certifications (Preferred)
The position involves primarily sedentary office work, extensive computer use, and limited client contact. Visual and auditory abilities are necessary for reading and communication. May require lifting up to 25 lbs. and occasional travel. Use of personal mobile phones for secure system access and emergency communication is required.
