Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking an Service Technician to install, service, and repair air compressors and related equipment. You will diagnose issues, recommend improvements, and participate in upgrades and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free or oil-flooded air compressor service preferred.
• Self-starter with organized work habits and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
• Diagnose issues and suggest solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify and sell repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain safety/compliance.
• Keep service vehicle stocked with tools and parts and respond to urgent calls.
• Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training.
• Handle emergency service calls with speed to minimize downtime.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

• Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
