Description

Maintain, troubleshoot and repair natural gas compressors, engines and related equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and startup/shutdown procedures.

Diagnose mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs.

Assist with equipment disassembly, transportation and reinstallation.

Replace filters, gaskets and other components as needed.

Assist with engine and compressor overhauls when required.

Maintain accurate service records, operating logs and required documentation.

Work safely and follow company policies and procedures.

Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors and team members.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of lubrication, cooling, ignition, pneumatic and electrical systems.
