Job summary

MSN Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Piscataway, NJ, is seeking a Production Operator, Compression with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical compression processes.

The role requires working on manufacturing equipment within a state-of-the-art facility following cGMP, batch documentation, and SOP guidelines. Your duties include operating and maintaining equipment, documenting logbooks and batch records, and ensuring cleanliness and compliance during changeovers.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum compression experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and batch manufacturing documentation skills.
• Ability to read/write in English and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and setup all manufacturing equipment per cGMP, batch docs, and SOPs.
• Prepare and record logbooks and batch records for equipment operation, cleaning, and setup.
• Clean manufacturing rooms and manage tagging and logbook documentation.
• Follow production/packaging schedule and oversee changeovers; verify storage parts cleanliness.
• Perform startup samples for IPQA approval and document batch reconciliation after completion.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and communicate with Production Supervisor.

Job Title: Production Operator, Compression

MSN Pharmaceuticals Inc. is one of the fastest-growing, research-based generic pharmaceutical companies. We are expanding and looking for experienced professionals to join our Production Department at our state-of-the-art facility in Piscataway, NJ.

• Operate/Clean/Setup all Manufacturing Equipment in the Manufacturing area and operate as per the cGMP, Batch documents and SOP guidelines. Follow and comply with safety /OSHA/FDA regulations in completing job duties.


• Perform the documentation (Logbooks and Batch records) required for all the Manufacturing Equipment’s Operation/Cleaning/Setup including the Label/Tag for respective Manufacturing stage.


• Cleaning of the Manufacturing rooms as per the cGMP and SOP and completing the documentation into logbook and also placing cleaned/to be cleaned tags for the Manufacturing room.


• Follow with Manufacturing and Packaging schedule and any related changeovers. Check the change parts in the storage area for cleanliness and logbook documentation


• Perform the startup samples for IPQA approval before batch startup and perform reconciliation process and documentation in the batch record after the batch is complete.


• Perform the troubleshooting for any equipment/process related during the batch processing by duly making note in the batch records and informing the Production Supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• 3 years minimum Compression experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is mandatory


• Must have Pharmaceutical Industry experience to be considered


• Reading and Batch manufacturing documentation skills


• Ability to read /write in English and follow instructions and safety guidelines as per SOPs
