Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree in mechanical or electrical technology may be preferred.
• Experience in equipment maintenance or mechanical work; compression molding experience beneficial.
• Must have excellent attendance and ability to operate all production machines.
• Ability to monitor machine output quality and maintain safety practices.
• Certifications (optional) such as Mechanic Level I/II or compression training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on compressors and other mechanical equipment.
• Monitor compressor units for proper operation and performance; adjust controls as needed.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement solutions; use testing equipment to analyze performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities; report on equipment conditions.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and other technicians to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
