Job description

Enterprise Medical Recruiting assists a hospital partner system in the Philadelphia/South Central New Jersey region in recruiting a comprehensive vascular and general neurosurgeon. The team has 25 Neurologists, 10 Neurosurgeons, Neuropsychologists, Neuro Research Director, and 15 Advanced Practice Providers.

Practice Details

  • Employed, full-time position with a 3-year term
  • Call schedule is 1:3, inclusive of nights and weekends
  • Additional call opportunities available with daily compensation
  • Competitive base salary structure:
    • Year 1: $600,000
    • Year 2: $650,000
    • Year 3: $700,000
  • Productivity incentive beginning in Year 1, up to 20% of base salary
  • No cap on bonus potential: 2% added per 1,000 wRVUs above 16,000
  • Additional compensation for vascular and/or general trauma coverage beyond contractual call
  • Benefits include:
    • Malpractice coverage
    • 5 weeks PTO + 1 week for CME/meetings
    • 401(k) enrollment
    • $5,000 annual CME/dues/memberships allowance
    • NJ & PA licensure, CDS, and DEA fees covered
