Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Comprehensive Care Dentist in Temecula, CA to join our established practice.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and ongoing continuing education support to help you grow professionally while delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include leading a morning huddle, practicing at the top of your license with autonomy and full support, building patient relationships, and guiding a team to deliver

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
Legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Lead morning team huddle to align daily goals.
Practice at the top of your license with autonomy and full support.
Build patient relationships, perform thorough exams, and communicate tailored treatment plans.
Empower the team by delegating to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
