Job summary

Bright Now Dental in Visalia, CA seeks a motivated Comprehensive Care Dentist to join our established practice three days a week (Mon/Wed/Fri). You'll provide patient-centered care at the top of your license with autonomy and ongoing CE support.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Controlled Substance License if required by state.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative approach with patients and dental teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care while practicing at the top of your license.
• Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand their options.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants and other providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Lead and empower your clinical team through effective communication, delegation and daily team huddles.
• Stay current with advances in dentistry, technology and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
