Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a pharmacy technician in a compounding pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License.
• Interest in veterinary care or related medical field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist compounding nonsterile preparations under supervising pharmacist.
• Maintain accuracy and potency of medications.
• Package and label prescriptions, including bulk meds.
• Monitor and reorder inventory; manage expiring chemicals.
• Follow USP guidelines for non-sterile compounding.
• Support team and problem-solve with pharmacist.
