Job summary

Mission Pharmacal is seeking a manufacturing support technician to mix chemicals and operate all related equipment. You will follow cGMPs, document batch records, and ensure equipment is clean and in good working order per SOPs.

Responsibilities include monitoring processes, verifying raw materials against MBRs, performing routine blending, and assisting in investigations of product failures or customer complaints. Strong attention to safety and accurate documentation is essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and one-year related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Master Control and/or Manager Plus Asset Management a plus.
  • Intermediate data entry skills are desired.
  • Certification as a lift operator preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors processes and batch record documentation for compliance with MBR, SOPs and cGMPs during compounding operations.
  • Follows and enforces safety rules, regulations, and procedures. Understands and complies with department MBRs and SOPs in accordance with cGMPs. Completes Department paperwork accurately and completely.
  • Checks all raw materials delivered against the MBR ingredients list for conformance to specifications, recognizes errors and notifies lead or supervisor as required.
  • Compound/blend all routine formulations and follow MBR as written.
  • Cleans and operates equipment and rooms per SOPs. Performs limited preventive maintenance of department equipment.
  • Assist in product failure and customer complaint investigations.
