General Information:

This role oversees company Quality Assurance inspection activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory standards within Compounding and Pre-weigh.

What are we looking for?

· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

· Two years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify pre-weigh kits, ensuring chemical identification and SAP tags match the bill of materials.
• Conduct regular checks in the manufacturing/batching area, ensuring documentation accuracy per standards.
• Verify critical steps such as completed C&S, mixing times, and material additions.
• Ensure formulations are correctly dropped into totes or tanks and labeled properly.
• Document checks and escalate issues per procedure.
• Coordinate shift transitions.
• Verify schedule information in SAP as needed.
• Investigate failures, incidents, and deviations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with relevant personnel for scheduling and related activities.
• Complete SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and other documentation as per company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintain regular attendance and work overtime as required. Perform other duties as needed.
