Compounding Pharmacy Technician Overnight Shift in Kennett Square, PA

Job Description: Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity at a specialty compounding pharmacy in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for technicians looking to expand their skills in both non-sterile and sterile compounding.

Candidates will receive comprehensive training in both production and fulfillment, with a clear expectation of full engagement and reliability from day one. A strong work ethic and excellent attendance are absolutely essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound medications in accordance with USP, guidelines
• Enter and interpret prescription data with high accuracy
• Prepare and document formula log sheets
• Accurately measure, mix, label, and package medications
• Assist with batch compounding, inventory control, and recordkeeping
• Ensure all compounded medications are ready for timely shipment or pickup

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00pm - 7:00am
• Training hours (up to 4 weeks): Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• Experience in non-sterile or sterile compounding
• Active pharmacy technician license in Pennsylvania required
• PTCB certification required
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow strict compounding protocols
