Job summary

LifeMD Pharmacy in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a motivated Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist eager to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on training and a pathway for new graduates to build a rewarding career in non-sterile compounding under mentorship.

You will dispense and verify prescriptions, prepare customized compounded medications, and ensure compliance with USP standards while counseling patients. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Pharmacy bachelor required; licensure in PA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutics, pharmacology, and calculations.
• Eligible for PA Pharmacist license before start date.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and review prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
• Prepare non-sterile compounded medications per physician orders.
• Follow SOPs, Master Formulation Records, and Compounding Records.
• Ensure USP <795> and <800> compliance.
• Maintain clean, compliant compounding environment and documentation.
• Provide patient counseling on medications.
