Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to join its health and wellness team in Arizona. You will supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure accurate compounding, documentation, and quality checks, while upholding USP and state regulations.

You will counsel patients, verify formulas, manage records, and help maintain a compliant, efficient, and safe work environment as part of a dynamic, patient‑focused operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Non-sterile compounding experience.
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <800>, and pharmacy regulations.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to undergo respirator fit testing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
• Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
• Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters.
