Qualifications

  • Experience in a regulated setting (FDA, GMP, food, cosmetics, or chemicals).
  • Proven credibility on the production floor with recent batch work.
  • Comfort operating large tanks and transfer equipment.
  • Comfort operating tanks up to several thousand gallons and transfer equipment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude to diagnose process upsets or equipment hiccups.

Responsibilities

  • Blend and scale raw materials into precise batches.
  • Set up, run, and clean mixers and kettles.
  • Keep meticulous electronic and paper batch records.
  • Coordinate with teams to keep product flowing.
  • Coordinate with filling, packaging, and warehousing teams to keep product flowing.
  • Model safe, clean, and compliant behaviors while coaching teammates on best practices.
  • Drive 5S and other continuous‑improvement projects that lift yield and cut waste.
  • Provide senior floor leadership on either 1st or 2nd shift, with overtime/weekend coverage as needed.

Schedule

Two permanent openings: one on 1st shift and one on 2nd shift; weekend availability is a plus.

As a Compounder, you will be the hands‑on expert turning formulas into finished bulk that powers every line of business. Key Responsibilities
  • Blend and scale raw materials into precise batches that meet GMP specifications.
  • Set up, run, and clean mixers, kettles, and transfer systems to hit daily production goals.
  • Keep meticulous electronic and paper batch records that withstand FDA audits.
  • Spot routine equipment or process issues and work with maintenance to resolve them quickly.
  • Coordinate with filling, packaging, and warehousing teams to keep product flowing.
  • Model safe, clean, and compliant behaviors while coaching teammates on best practices.
  • Drive 5S and other continuous‑improvement projects that lift yield and cut waste.
  • Provide senior floor leadership on either 1st or 2nd shift, with overtime/weekend coverage as needed.
What You Bring
  • Hands‑on compounding, mixing, or batch‑manufacturing experience in a regulated setting (FDA, GMP, food, cosmetics, or chemicals).
  • Proven credibility on the production floor—recent batch work is a must.
  • Ability to read formulas, scale weights, and complete batch paperwork accurately.
  • Comfort operating tanks up to several thousand gallons and associated transfer equipment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude to diagnose process upsets or equipment hiccups.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication on the shop floor strongly preferred.
