Job summary

Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compound Manager - Pharma for a Hybrid role in Cambridge, MA 02142. The role oversees registration, storage, distribution, inventory control and quality oversight of chemical compounds supporting discovery research.

The candidate will collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, Biology, DMPK, Analytical Sciences, Informatics, and CROs to enable timely project execution and ensure data integrity and sample traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or closely related field is required; MS preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in compound management or related pharmaceutical operations.
• Hands-on experience with compound registration platforms and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Register newly synthesized and externally sourced compounds in the electronic compound database.
• Maintain complete and accurate compound metadata including structure, weight, purity, salt form, inventory location, and sample history.
• Conduct routine audits and reconcile physical inventory with electronic records; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate domestic and international compound shipments and transfers to collaborators; comply with regulations and policies.
• Create, implement, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for compound management workflows.
