Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Compound Manager in Cambridge, MA. Hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite to oversee registration, storage, and data integrity for discovery compounds.

You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, maintain metadata (structure, weight, purity), and drive SOPs with cross-functional teams. Strong data skills and CRO/vendor collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in compound management and medicinal chemistry support.
• Hands-on with registration platforms and inventory systems.
• Experience with external CROs or vendors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Register and manage compound data and metadata with SOPs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate shipments globally.
• Lead continuous improvement in data integrity and workflow efficiency.
• Serve as liaison to CROs, vendors, and project teams.
