Verterra Energy, Inc. is seeking a hands-on composite fabrication technician to join our New Brighton, MN team. You will fabricate components for our Volturnus hydro-turbine systems using carbon fiber and fiberglass, while ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.

You will also support finishing, quality control, and shop operations as builds progress, contributing to durable hardware designed for water environments.

Qualificações

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to read safety procedures and follow directions precisely.
• Reliable transportation to New Brighton, MN.

Responsabilidades

• Composite fabrication: layup of carbon fiber and fiberglass, mold prep and finishing, vacuum bagging and resin infusion.
• Finishing and quality: trimming, sanding, post-cure finishing, and inspection of hydro turbine parts.
• Shop support: keep the composites bay clean, organized, and safe; assist the wider shop as builds progress.
