Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in molding, composites, or plastics manufacturing or equivalent trade school background.
• Ability to operate molding equipment such as compression molding or RTM systems.
• Experience with manufacturing composite layups and preforms.
• Ability to prepare, load, and handle composite materials and tooling.
• Ability to monitor molding cycles and document process parameters accurately.
• Ability to clearly communicate molding observations and results in both oral and written form.
• Ability to perform basic part inspection and quality checks to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience working with heavy equipment, including hydraulic presses and industrial ovens.
