Gunwerks in Cody, Wyoming is seeking a Composite Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will follow documented layup procedures, safely operate the pattern cutting table, and ensure demolding, deflashing, and mold maintenance are performed to spec.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and function in a high-pressure environment.
• 2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Use of pattern cutting table safely and appropriately.
• Follow documented work instructions for layup procedures and process (do not vary from approved process).
• Demolding and deflashing.
• Report scrap to supervisor when needed.
• Maintain and service of equipment and molds regularly and when needed.
• Work stations cleaned and organized daily.
