Job Description:

Composite Technician

The successful applicant should have basic work skills in a composites manufacturing environment, with experience in several of the following skill-sets:

• hand lay-up laminating with polyester, vinylester, and epoxy resins
• Vacuum bagging and resin infusion
• Patching and repairing gel coat
• Sanding and fairing
• Buffing and polishing
• Prep and painting (spraying experience a plus, not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Hand tools proficiency
• Execute verbal and written instructions
• Reliable, motivated team player
