Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd is seeking a Composite Repair Technician to join our Fort Erie manufacturing team. The role focuses on repairing helicopter parts using composite materials and wet lay‑ups, with attention to quality and traceability of all parts.
You will work with hand and pneumatic tools, learn bagging techniques, and support production through surface prep, curing, and adherence to repair instructions in a rotating shift environment.
This position reports directly to the Supervisor, Manufacturing. The Composite Repair Technician is responsible for Repairing of various helicopter parts using a variety of different materials and resins depending on the parts and the repair instruction provided. The Composite Repair Technician will use hand and pneumatic tools for surface preparation and sanding. The Composite Repair Technician in addition will also learn bagging techniques when doing wet lay‑ups. Required to work weekly rotating shifts.
