The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, a strong safety focus, and the ability to work with precision measuring tools. Shift assignments include B, C, and D with 4p–4a or 4a–4p schedules; PTO and holidays are provided.

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of high-temperature furnaces, ovens, and related equipment, including loading and unloading materials, monitoring equipment during operation, and supporting the overall production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and experience working with industrial or manufacturing equipment.
