HM Dunn AeroSystems in Ada, OK is seeking a skilled assembler to lay up metal bond and composite parts in accordance with customer and company specs while following PPE requirements. The role has no supervisory responsibilities and requires attention to detail, the ability to read engineering instructions, and safe use of hand tools.

Responsibilities include applying adhesive, laying up fiberglass parts, vacuum bagging, inspecting for defects, recording data in ERP, and maintaining clean work

Qualificações

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement).
• Must be able to wear proper personal protective equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
• Must be able to read shop traveler instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude to read and interpret engineering specifications and work orders.
• Ability to safely use hand tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to identify proper materials and supplies according to specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Applies adhesive to metal detail parts and assembles parts.
• Lays up composite fiberglass parts according to engineering specifications and work orders.
• Visually inspects parts for foreign object damage (F.O.D.) prior to bagging parts.
• Vacuum bags parts while ensuring there are no leaks in bag.
• Cleans and prep s bond tools as needed.
• Unbags and unmolds parts. Records job information in ERP system.
• Documents travelers, process logs and tank information.
• Maintains clean work area, tools and equipment.
• Inspects work pieces for defects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
