Job summary

CTL Aerospace, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Composite Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.

You will develop manufacturing processes and tooling for composite parts, reporting to the Director of Engineering in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include creating manufacturing plans, BOMs, and specifications; improving processes; communicating with customers; and coordinating with Production, Contracts, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold US citizenship or a green card.
• Engineering experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create written and illustrated manufacturing plans, bills of material and outside purchase specifications per engineering drawings/specifications.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and tooling improvements for composite parts.
• Communicate with customers to resolve engineering issues related to manufacturing processes, drawings, and specifications.
• Assume Project Management responsibilities when directed.
• Participate in MRB review of discrepant parts including Cause & Corrective Action.
• Coordinate new and current business requirements with Production, Contracts, and Quality.
• Support Production in delivery of products to customers on schedule.
