Job summary

Helicon is seeking engineers who can design, build, and test composite parts at scale. You will own tooling and work on automating production on the factory floor while collaborating with software teams to translate manufacturing constraints into our Argos OS. Strong experience with composites and hydraulic presses is expected.

This role is based in the United States and ITAR-aware. The team values high agency, urgency, and a hands-on approach to turning ambitious visions into mass-scale

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and testing composite parts from scratch.
• Experience with high-volume composites processes and hydraulic presses.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and complete DFM to make parts manufacturable at scale
• Design and own production tooling for composite parts
• Master the factory floor and push process capabilities toward full automation
• Collaborate with software engineers to teach manufacturing constraints to Argos OS for supply chain, quoting, pricing, simulation
