Candidates should have a minimum of three years of verifiable work history and the ability to work shifts and overtime. Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs manual measurements and inspects/records results.
  • Alerts team on pipe defects.
  • Mixes epoxy in accordance with procedures
  • Assembles fiberglass packs in preparation for loading winder machines.
  • Set up line, load/unload fiberglass packs and resin baths.
  • Communicates mechanical and electrical problems to the maintenance department.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
  • Wear appropriate PPE.
  • Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Three years of verifiable work history.
  • Ability to work overtime and shift work as required.
  • Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery and computers.
  • Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
  • Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, & Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily.
  • Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily.
  • Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly.
