Job summary

ENVE Composites LLC in Ogden, Utah is seeking a manufacturing teammate to assist in producing bicycle rims, frames, and molded parts by laying up composite parts using pre-preg fabric kits.

Responsibilities include preparing parts, bonding and finishing per SOPs, fitting components into molds with hand tools, and assisting in layup of prototypes with potential for cross-training. Work schedule is full-time with potential for extended shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Composite training in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use a computer/tablet.
• Ability to use manufacturing software (e.g., Quantum) to enter data and update records.
• Experience using a variety of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and perform bonding and finishing of composite fabric per SOPs.
• Fit components into product molds using hand tools and bladders.
• Assist in layup of engineering prototypes and perform rework as required.
