Pac Seating Systems in Palm City, FL is seeking a skilled CNC Fabrication Technician to produce composite components and assemblies by operating cutting equipment and performing advanced fabrication, trimming, bonding, and assembly tasks.

You will read engineering drawings and CAD models, develop nests and cutting layouts, verify dimensions, and maintain production records while upholding safety standards. The role also supports continuous improvement and trains less experienced teammates.

Responsibilities

• Read engineering drawings, CAD models, and production schedules to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Develop nests and cutting layouts to maximize material utilization.
• Create, maintain, and revise manufacturing programs and supporting docs.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances prior to production release.
• Maintain safety and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve manufacturability issues.
• Document programming activities and process improvements.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance.
