Our Aeronautics Systems sector is currently seeking a Composite Bonder level 1 to join our operations team, located in Clearfield, UT, working on bonds of dissimilar materials (composite, metal, or laminate) assemblies, parts, skins, components, equipment or structures into semi-finished or finished products.
Please note: Only external candidates and NG employees who are not currently aircraft structures mechanics at the Clearfield site will be considered.
This position requires no previous knowledge or work history working on aircraft. The candidate will undergo up to 6 weeks of training. Post-training, they will work under close supervision with detailed instructions and performance checks.
Salary range: $17.45 - $29.09 per hour. Compensation factors include responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO. The application period is approximately 20 days from posting, subject to change.
