Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a manufacturing associate in Idaho to support production lines and ensure quality in our advanced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on applying documentation, processes, and product specs to deliver reliable results.

You will work under supervision within good manufacturing practices, with opportunities for development and advancement in a global organization that values safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Executes Manufacturing solutions that are high-quality and cost-appropriate to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Creates, analyzes, and verifies documentation, programs, models, and production processes as applicable to the role.
  • Understands how they support Plexus Manufacturing processes and Product Requirements & Specifications.
  • Performs duties under supervision in line with good manufacturing practices and assists direct production line operators.
  • Maintains basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, and operation as applicable.

Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.

Salary Range:

$42,300.00 - $63,500.00

Purpose Statement:

To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by providing comprehensive expertise in component selection, sourcing, and management. Through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, strive to maintain cost-efficiency, mitigate supply chain risks, and contribute to the successful production of innovative solutions at Plexus.

Key Job Accountabilities
  • Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
  • Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
  • Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
  • Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
  • Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
Education/Experience Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
