Job summary

All Aviation Jobs is looking for an aviation technician to join our Bangor, Maine team. The role involves interpreting aerospace drawings, performing soldering, crimping, splicing, and shield termination to high quality standards, and using avionics test equipment with limited supervision.

You will test and troubleshoot electrical components, assist with wire harness assembly, and ensure compliance with OEM specs, authorities, and repair station procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant aviation or technical experience preferred.
  • A&P certification preferred but not required.
  • Prior inspection or military experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job description
