Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality in Grapevine, TX is seeking a full-time hospitality team member. You will prepare and present breakfast and evening reception, keep areas clean, greet guests, and support light prep and restocking.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem; great attitude and teamwork, training provided.
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception

• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment

• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally

• Jump in where needed—whether that’s light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members

• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift

• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently

• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned

• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed
