Flynn Hospitality is hiring a Complimentary AM Attendant to join our team in Montgomery. If you’re an early riser with a passion for service, we’d love to meet you and welcome you into our welcoming, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Morning availability is essential.
• Friendly, guest-first attitude and great communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in breakfast or food & beverage is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or grab-and-go station.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and condiments throughout the morning.
• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast and dining areas.
• Follow proper food safety, portioning, and sanitation procedures.
• Break down and clean all service areas at the end of breakfast hours.
