Flynn Hospitality in Montgomery, AL is seeking a friendly Complimentary AM Attendant to start each day with a smile, set up breakfast, and ensure guests have a great start.

You will greet guests, restock items, maintain cleanliness, follow safety standards, and support a welcoming team culture with hotel-discount perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Morning availability is essential.
• Friendly, guest-first attitude and great communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior breakfast or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or grab-and-go station.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and condiments throughout the morning.

• Follow proper food safety, portioning, and sanitation procedures.
