Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, legal studies, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in ethics/compliance, HR, or legal roles.
• Strong program and process management skills.
• Experience analyzing legal requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to prioritize and handle high-volume work.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with data tools (Excel, BI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and update compliance training materials and modules.
• Partner with SMEs to review training requirements for restaurant and RSC teams.
• Serve as SME for LMS administration and learner management.
• Track and report compliance training metrics and dashboards.
• Identify gaps and improvements through audits and assessments.
• Communicate training calendars and raise awareness of compliance importance.
• Foster a culture of ethics and integrity across the organization.
