Empower is seeking an experienced Consumer Compliance Testing Lead to oversee our enterprise-wide monitoring and testing plan. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of consumer protection regulations applicable to deposit, early wage access, and consumer lending. We value creativity, organization, and diligence, and are looking for strategic thinkers who are eager to learn our products and advocate for compliance within our team.
Empower operates in a remote-first environment, with regular company offsites. Travel to offsites is expected at least twice a year.
