Job summary

FIS is seeking a Compliance Testing professional to assess and validate regulatory adherence across products, services, and business activities. You will collaborate with lines of business and governance teams to design testing materials and draft remediation plans, ensuring robust controls and timely reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of compliance testing or QA experience, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to interpret complex policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of compliance testing or QA experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret policies and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Conducts assessments and periodic reviews of FIS products, services and business activities to validate compliance with applicable laws and regulations or detect regulatory violations, weak controls or other potential areas of exposure.
• Independently develops and maintains materials for design of control and transactional level testing.
• Hosts meetings with lines of business, corporate compliance, and subject matter experts on behalf of the Compliance Testing team.
• Drafts reports detailing testing results for senior leadership, line of businesses, and key stakeholders.
• Cites and manages compliance related issues and coordinates with the line of business to develop and complete remediation plans; validates completion of remediation.
• Identifies areas of potential improvement.
• Provides updates for periodic reports.
• Conducts periodic quality assurance and independent reviews.
• Other related duties assigned, as needed.
