Tanknology, a United Uptime Services Company, is seeking a Compliance Field Technician to join our field team. You will travel throughout the state and neighboring states, perform site assessments, leak tests on tanks and piping, install equipment, and record your findings in TANCS.

Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift heavy items, good communication, and a safety-first mindset. A high school diploma or GED is required, and pre-employment testing is performed.

• Pre-Employment Testing: Must pass drug test, background, physical, and MVR check.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in trades (HVAC, plumbing, mechanics, electricians, carpenters, or cable technicians preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks (stooping, bending, kneeling).
• Comfortable climbing 20 ft extension ladders multiple times daily.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Effective communication skills.
• Safety-focused mindset in all tasks.
• Hands-On Attitude: willing to roll up sleeves and troubleshoot.
• Desire to Build: eager to contribute to branch growth.
• Customer Service Driven: on-call availability and client-relations focus.
• Willingness to travel across multiple states, with occasional overnight stays.

Compliance Field Technician

Heavy Travel - You will be traveling throughout the state you reside in as well as border states.

Applicants must live within 60 minutes of advertised city to be considered.

Tanknology, a United Uptime Services Company, a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for experienced, energetic, hardworking Field Service Technician Apprentice. As a Field Service Technician, you will learn through an apprenticeship style program until you are certified. In this role you will work on various job sites, performing testing, installations, and repairs while using our proprietary software, TANCS, to record your findings.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct site assessments and surveys
• Perform leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping systems
• Install equipment and test tank gauge systems
