  • Accurately weigh live birds and complete associated reports.
  • Service pest bait stations and pest traps; monitor fly traps.
  • Swab litter belts and maintain disinfectant foot pans per procedures.
  • Help with other farm responsibilities and cleaning as needed.

COMPLIANCE TECHNICIAN

Full Time LITCHFIELD PRODUCTION, Litchfield, MN, US

Salary Range: $20.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Role Description/Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining compliance standards at the assigned facility as well as helping with various other house-hand responsibilities when necessary while following all company rules and related regulations. This position will require working some weekends.

Essential Job Functions – Must be able to perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with all company humane animal care policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and legible paperwork
  • Take blood and serum samples from live birds in accordance with the regulations and company procedures
  • Accurately weigh live birds and complete associated reports
  • Service various forms of pest related bait stations and pest traps
  • Service, monitor, and maintain fly traps
  • Accurately swab litter belts in accordance with regulations and company procedures
  • Maintain all disinfectant foot pans in accordance with regulations and company procedures
Other Responsibilities
  • Help with other farm responsibilities
  • Help with cleaning the facility as needed
  • Help with house duties as assigned
