Job summary

Berner Kantonalbank AG is seeking a Business Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance activities and risk analysis in the Bern/Switzerland region. The role involves supervising risk assessments for complex business relationships, acting as the compliance contact for regulatory matters, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.

The ideal candidate has a commercial diploma or higher business education, strong knowledge of GmeR and TmeR, and fluent German with Swiss German

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compliance, particularly GmeR and TmeR.
• Fluent communication in German; knowledge of Swiss German preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in an interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for risk analysis and assessment of complex business relationships and transactions.
• Act as contact point for compliance issues and support client advisors in regulatory matters.
• Ensure necessary documentation is complete and accurately recorded.
• Communicate regulatory requirements clearly to front units and act as an advisory partner.
