A leading healthcare compliance organization is seeking a qualified candidate to support their Compliance Program. This role involves onboarding new facilities, conducting compliance audits, and collaborating with managers to resolve regulatory concerns. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have experience in healthcare compliance auditing.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support in onboarding new facilities to the employer's Compliance Program
- Monitor corporate exclusion databases and other Open Lines of Communication for compliance issues
- Conduct compliance-related research, interviews, and audit test work
- Analyze and present compliance findings to management and assist in educating employees on compliance matters
- Collaborate with operational department managers to resolve compliance or regulatory concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Information Management, Health Administration, or a similar degree
- Minimum 2-4 years of previous healthcare experience, preferably in compliance auditing
- Experience in areas such as Accounting/Auditing, Medical Coding, Risk Planning/Compliance, or Healthcare Billing
- Equivalent work experience may substitute for education requirements
- Certification as CHC, CPC, RHIT, RHIA, or CCS-P is preferred but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Paralegal experience is a plus
- At least two years of experience in compliance auditing or related healthcare fields
