Compliance Specialist, Prime Air
Prime Air is seeking a motivated and experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team in Seattle. This program-level role supports internal controls, compliance assurance, and risk management across Prime Air’s drone delivery operations as we scale into new US and international markets. You will be embedded in the rhythm of daily operations—working alongside flight operations, ground crews, site leadership, regulatory, safety, quality and engineering teams to ensure compliance is practical, current, and effective in the sky and on the ground. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can dive deep into technology or operational process one moment and pivot to an entirely different compliance domain in a different geo the next—without losing momentum.
How do you get items to customers quickly, cost-effectively, and—most importantly—safely, in less than an hour? And how do you do it in a way that can scale?
