Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking an Onsite Compliance Specialist for Westview on the Avenue, Baltimore. The role focuses on monitoring LIHTC programs, income qualification reviews, and ensuring documentation is complete for move-ins. Previous LIHTC and management experience are required, with HCCP designation or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years LIHTC experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• HCCP designation (or equivalent).
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property’s affordable housing program to ensure target numbers are met.
• Review site move-in certification files to ensure income qualification before move-in.
• Maintain affordability levels and ensure rents and utility allowances are in place with proper documentation/verifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently searching for an Onsite Compliance Specialist for Westview on the Avenue.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitoring property’s affordable housing program to ensure that all target numbers are met.
• Reviewing all site move-in certification files to make sure that all households are income qualified before the households move in.
• Ensure affordability levels are maintained, applicable rents and utility allowances are in place which will be reviewed on all pre-move in and re-certification files. During the review of all files it is imperative that the specialist ensures that each resident file contains all required and acceptable documentation/verifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Work Experience Requirements

• 2+ years LIHTC experience
• 2+ years of previous management experience
• HCCP Designation (or equivalent)
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
