- Interface directly with third parties and key strategic partners, providing 1:1 support on compliance requirements

- Coordinate deadlines on deliverables, assist in scheduling, and maintain clear records of project progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to enhance compliance operations and delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, liberal arts, or business-related field
- Previous program management, customer service, or operations experience
- Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility relationships with third parties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computer programs, including Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools like Asana
