Tower Loan is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Compliance Department in handling credit disputes and regulatory complaints. You will track, respond, and document customer issues, and assist in internal audits and state examinations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Requires high integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve credit disputes received via e-OSCAR and direct dispute letters.
• Ensure customer complaints are processed, tracked, and resolved timely.
• Distribute letters to Home Office, Supervisors, and Director of Compliance; follow up for responses.
